Do you wake up some days wishing you were somewhere else? No motivation, and no desire to do anything at all? Where would you go if you could just take off? I usually just get on my motorcycle and ride. But it is cold, wet, and it is going to snow today!
So, sometimes, I think back on the places I have visited and truly enjoyed. My mind takes me to a place of comfort and tranquility. Alaska is one of my favorite memories. After a few minutes of mindfulness, reflection, and breathing, I'm there, and then I come back home and I'm ready to start again.
Find a place of joy, go there in your mind, and then come back to reality when you are ready. A mind is a powerful tool.

I can relate brother! One of my top destinations was Alaska! Such a huge state with vast and endless hills and mountains of nature. I felt an energy about the place that is hard to explain.
